        MOBILE PRESETS INSTALLATION

Thank you so much for buying my mobile presets! I can’t wait for you to try them out.

Make sure to use #JBPmobile so I can see what you create!

Make sure you have access to a computer and download the free Mobile Lightroom App (a black square with “Lr” in it) Alright here’s how it works.

You will need to download the files on a computer, and transfer them to your phone. Scroll below to find further instructions. Once they are on your phone, follow this video! If you are having issues, please follow all the steps I have listed below.

        HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND IMPORT:

Follow these steps if you have a Mac AND iPhone.

STEP 1 – Download your presets on a computer. They should automatically unzip and appear in a folder in your downloads. Open the presets folder, select all the presets, and airdrop them to your iPhone.

STEP 2 – Once your airdrop the files, they will appear in your photos as blank images. This is how they should be, so don’t panic!

STEP 3 – Open the Lightroom Mobile app. And on the home page you will see “ALBUMS.” Click the plus sign next to albums and create a new album named “Jordy B Mobile”

STEP 4 – Open the new album you just created. Click the plus sing in the bottom right hand corner by the camera and then select “from camera roll.” Select all the blank images in your camera roll.

STEP 5 – You should now have the presets in your album. Select the first preset and look at the name on the image. Click the three dots in the upper righthand corner. Select “Create Preset” this will open the New Preset screen. You can title the preset with the name on the image. ex. “SIMPLE” While on the New Preset screen you will then select  “User Presets” located under the “Preset Group” section. At the bottom, select “Create New Preset Group” and title the preset group “Jordy B Mobile.” Click “Done” and the check mark.

STEP 6 – Repeat this for each individually preset, but this time instead of creating a new preset group, add each preset to the “Jordy B Mobile” preset group.

STEP 7 – You can now edit your pictures! To use the presets, go into “all photos” and use the plus/picture sing in the bottom right corner to import photos from your camera roll that you want to edit. Click the check mark to import the photos into the Lightroom Mobile app.

STEP 8 – Select an image in the Lightroom mobile app to edit. On the bottom you will scroll over and see “presets.” Find the group “Jordy B Mobile” and filter through each preset to see which you like best. Different presets will work on different images depending on the lighting and colors in the image.

EDITING TIPS: Some images will need a little tweaking after applying the preset. To change the brightness, tap “light” and move the exposure slider. To change the warmth of the image tap “color” and move the temp slider to make the image warmer or cooler. Adjust the “tint” slider to change the hue of the image. (Either more green or pink)

To change the skin tones and specific colors. Tap “color” and then the color wheel next to “Mix.” There you can change the colors of each individual colors in the image. Have fun playing around with these to make the image stand out! I personally love changing the hue and saturation of the blues around to change the mood of the image.

Want to add some grain to the image? This is a fun way to get a filmy look and add a sense of movement. You will find the grain option under the “effects” button.

When you are done editing the image to how you like it, click the box/arrow in the top right corner and “share to” then “save image.” And that’s it!

Follow these steps for Android users or if you do not have access to a Mac.
